Happy Birthday

What a busy time for Birthdays. Today I celebrated Martin Luther King's Birthday. Yesterday I celebrated my cousins', Justine and Audra, birthdays. And tomorrow is Uncle David's Birthday.

Happy Birthday Audra and Justine.

Happy Birthday Uncle David.

Just me being cute.

A Visit to Phillips Academy Andover

This past weekend the weather was a little cold, but fairly nice. A lot of the snow that came down recently had finally begun melting, but there was more in the forecast for Monday. The Great Lawn at Phillips Academy had some nice open space. So we took a romp around campus before the snows came again to cover it up. Here are some pictures from my visit.

Daddy and me in front of Cochran Chapel.

I was very anxious to get inside. They had a nice Winslow Homer exhibit.

The best part was all the stair climbing (up and down and up and down).

The Cochran Chapel

The sun was setting and it was time to go home for dinner.

Sure enough we got snow again the next day. It was the perfect weather for trying out my new trike.

Yellow Moon - yay!

Grammy and Grampy visited IKEA recently. They know how much I love the moon and the color yellow. They got me a neat new night light in the shape of a crescent moon. Check out the video of me admiring my new yellow moon - yay!

Pool School

I just started pool school. I am in the Kipper Class at the Y. I was afraid a little bit in the beginning, but by the time they brought the balls out, I was really into it. Check out the photos and videos below.

Here I am working on a new stoke.

It's a Girl

I have a brand new cousin. Auntie Lee Ann gave birth to Elizabeth Caroline yesterday at 12:11 PM. She weighed 8 lbs. 2 oz., and was 20 and 3/4 inches long. Both Mother and Baby are doing well, and looking forward to going home to a house full of boys. Check out the pictures.

She has more hair at birth than any of her brothers did.

So cute and so little.

Fun in Michigan

Christmas with Grammy and Grampy was so much fun. I got to see so many people that I don't see very often. I had a blast and I can't wait to visit again. Here's some other stuff I did.

Tobogganing - yay!

Sloshing around in the snow.

Playing with Eli.

Christmas Day

We spent Christmas Day at Grandma Great's house. I got to see my great grandmother, my great aunt and uncle, my good friend Virgil, and all my cousins. There was so much good food and good company. And I got more great presents.

I napped on the way there. Guys in red and white suits are generally pretty tired on Christmas Day.

Ho Ho Ho, to Grandma Great's we go.

Finally There.

Looking festive.

Grandma Great played the piano for us. She is really good.

The Cousins: Mitchell, Alex, Anna, Arika and me.

There's No Place Like Home for the Holidays

I spent Christmas week at Grammy and Grampy's house. They're so much fun to be around and they treat me pretty darn good.

The house was decorated beautifully. Here I am checking out Grammy's little village.

Christmas Eve I got to rip open a few presents.

Uncle Rich showed me how to open presents with a little gusto.

Sharing a moment (and some juice) with Gramps.

Mommy and Grammy enjoying some good cheer.

My favorite toy was Uncle Rich's old elevator garage.

My First Airplane Ride

I went to visit my Grammy and Grampy and all my relatives in Michigan over Christmas. I went on an airplane for the 1st time.

I saw lots of planes while we were waiting for our plane. This one was going to Ireland. Maybe someday I'll go there.

I met some new friends and we had fun running around the terminal.

The flight attendant escorted me to my 1st class seat (that's right 1st class - it pays to be cute). I had a great time. I even got a certificate and a pair of wings.
