Pool Party and Cookout

My Auntie Lee Ann and Uncle John both have milestone birthdays this month. I'm told it is not polite to say how old, but it rhymes with lordy (as in Oh Lordy! I can't believe they're 40). We had a big party for them.

I got to do my favorite activity - playing with a ball.

Auntie Lee Ann showed me the pool.

Daddy even took me in for my first dip in a big pool.

Splish Splash

Summer is here and the time is right for splishin' and splashin'. Mommy took me outside last week for an outdoor bath.

It was a lot of fun. Even Rubber Ducky was there.

It's going to be a great summer.

Shoes and Stairs

We went on another little hike a couple of weekends ago.

It was so warm and comfortable in my carrier I fell asleep on the return leg.

We also went to Stride Right for my first pair of shoes.

They make my feet feel funny and I can't walk in them very well yet. But how do they look?

Mommy and Daddy started using the gate at the bottom of the stairs because I can crawl up them on my own.
Poor Raja gets stuck on one side or the other when they forget to open it back up!
